| TO THE HOMELESS AND DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE |
| Who makes the meals? A number of folk who care about the plight of the young people. Some are are pensioners, Youth Groups such as, Boys and Girls Brigade, Rotary, Lions, Schools, Lioness's and Scope. Who offer their spare time, to help us out. Most nights the van arrives 8-8.30.pm and leaves the park 9.30 and 10.pm, depending on the need. We also look after young people at their place of abode if needed. This helps youngsters to stay in a safe environment where they are not subject to street violence and often detrimental influence from adults hanging around near the van. All our staff are volunteers offering their time freely to help our disadvantaged youngsters. NO ONE GETS PAID. |
